Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Tech Talent Acquisition Lead who can drive end-to-end technology hiring mandates for our startup clients. The individual will be responsible for managing complex hiring requirements, building strong talent pipelines, partnering with client stakeholders and ensuring timely closure of critical positions. This is a hands-on role requiring strong recruitment expertise, stakeholder management and the ability to understand technology hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end technology recruitment mandates across multiple startup clients.
• Manage hiring across Engineering, Product, Data, QA, DevOps, Cloud and other technology functions.
• Partner with founders, CTOs, engineering managers and hiring stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for niche and leadership positions.
• Drive recruitment planning, prioritisation and timely closure of open positions.
• Manage and guide recruiters and associates working on technology mandates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, sourcing effectiveness and funnel conversion.
• Conduct regular hiring reviews with clients and provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks and market trends.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement improvements.
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to technology hiring.
• Prior experience in startup hiring is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of technology roles and the talent market.
• Experience hiring for mid-level, senior and niche technology positions.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple hiring mandates.
• Experience working with founders, CTOs and senior stakeholders.
• Solid sourcing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring recruiters will be an advantage.
