About the Role
Gauri Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, measurement verification, and contractor billing for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and verify client RA (Running Account) bills and contractor bills.
• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity estimates, and cost calculations.
• Perform quantity take-offs for excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Prepare and maintain Measurement Books (MB) and maintain accurate measurement records.
• Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Verify subcontractor and vendor bills against actual site measurements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and accounts teams for billing-related activities.
• Prepare rate analysis, extra-item statements,



deviation statements, and reconciliation reports.
• Maintain project-wise billing records and documentation.
• Use AutoCAD for drawing reading, quantity extraction, and measurement verification. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of civil construction estimation and billing.
• Practical experience in BOQ preparation, RA bills, MB, and BBS.
• Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and rate analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Eligibility Criteria

E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction billing.
• Candidates with experience in building construction projects will be preferred.
