Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Thane. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for offering technical solutions, supporting sales activities, and fostering relationships with clients. Key tasks include providing technical support, delivering product expertise, identifying customer requirements,
and presenting tailored solutions. Additionally, the role involves coordination between sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Qualifications
• Expertise in Sales Engineering and ability to align technical solutions with customer requirements
• Proficiency in Technical Support and skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with fiber optic technologies and networking solutions is an advantage
