Job Description
Gilco Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, experienced and professional Company Driver to manage official transportation requirements and support day-to-day company operations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, reliable, well-mannered and familiar with Delhi-NCR routes.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely drive company vehicles for official travel, management transportation, meetings and client visits.
• Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs according to assigned schedules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, hygiene and overall upkeep.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, fuel requirements, insurance, pollution certificates and other relevant documentation.
• Follow all traffic regulations and maintain safe driving practices.
• Assist with official errands, document collection and deliveries as required.
• Maintain accurate daily travel records and trip details.
• Coordinate with the reporting manager regarding travel schedules and assignments.
• Ensure confidentiality,



qualified conduct and responsible handling of company vehicles. Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a company or corporate driver.
• Valid LMV driving licence.
• Good knowledge of Gurugram, Delhi and NCR routes.
• Comfortable driving both manual and automatic cars.
• Familiarity with Google Maps and GPS navigation.
• Polite, presentable, disciplined and punctual.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English understanding preferred.
• Willingness to accommodate official travel requirements and flexible

working hours
when necessary.
• Clean driving record and willingness to undergo background and reference verification. Preferred ProfileCandidates with previous experience as a corporate driver, executive driver or company driver in an established organisation will be preferred.
