Role Description The Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing and purchasing of textiles, raw materials, and related supplies. This role includes identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency. The Procurement Manager will oversee purchase orders, inventory levels, and delivery schedules, coordinating closely with production, design, and logistics teams to align procurement with business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing market trends, monitoring supplier performance,



maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing standards. The role also includes continuous improvement of procurement processes and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance supply chain resilience and sustainability. Qualifications
• Robust procurement and supplier evaluation skills, with experience in sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and administering supplier agreements.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for cost analysis, demand forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in inventory control, purchase order management, and basic supply chain coordination.
• Knowledge of textiles, home décor, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with capacity to work effectively across production, design, and operations teams.
