6-12 years Immediate Joiners Only The Data 360 Functional Consultant needs a working knowledge of Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud). That includes how data flows from source connectors into data streams, data lake objects (DLOs) and data model objects (DMOs). In this role you'll mainly configure data streams and map source fields to DMOs, working from data blueprints prepared by the Solution Architect. You'll also help with ingestion setup, data validation, basic transformations and identity resolution configuration. You'll work within an established solution design and be expected to follow detailed direction. Responsibilities
• Configure source connectors and data streams in Data 360, such as the Salesforce CRM connector, Mulesoft Beta Connector, SFTP connector and Ingestion API.
• Map DLO fields to standard and custom DMOs, following the provided data blueprint.
• Create custom DMOs, fields and relationships as specified in the solution design.
• Write basic SQL queries to check ingested data, confirm mappings and troubleshoot record counts or data quality issues.
• Help configure identity resolution rulesets, match rules and reconciliation rules under the Solution Architect's direction.




• Build or help build simple data transforms (batch and streaming) to standardize, clean or reshape source data.
• Keep blueprints, mapping documents and configuration trackers up to date as work is completed. Qualifications
• A genuine interest in data, and in how client data is connected, modeled and used.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical specifications precisely.
• Self-directed and resourceful: you can take a requirement or mapping document and run with it, using documentation, Trailhead and your own research before escalating.
• Clear communication, including the ability to explain what you configured, what you found and where you're stuck.
• Basic hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud,
• Ability to write basic SQL queries (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY, COUNT).
• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform, including standard objects, custom objects, fields and relationships.
• Exposure to integration tools such as MuleSoft is a plus but not required.
• Experience working in an Agile delivery setting is a plus.
• 1–2 years of work experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 6+ months of hands-on Data 360 / Data Cloud experience, or completed Data 360 Trailhead badges and projects
