We are setting up a streamlined cloud kitchen operation focusing on authentic South Indian, regional Telangana/Andhra cuisine, and healthy millet-based traditional recipes.

​We are looking for an experienced culinary Master Chef / Catering Specialist who can not only cook exceptional, authentic food but also help us standardize recipes, create kitchen SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and train our kitchen staff.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Master Recipe Standardization: Perfect and standardize our core South Indian curry bases, regional non-vegetarian preparations, and traditional flavor bases.

​Specialty Execution: Cook exceptional, high-flavor non-vegetarian dishes (chicken, mutton, dry prawns/endu royyalu, etc.) and traditional millet preparations (such as authentic Ragi Sangati, millet rice variations, etc.).

​SOP & Measurement Creation: Work with precise weights and measurements (grams/liters) to convert traditional "estimation" cooking into repeatable, foolproof kitchen SOPs.

​Staff Training:



Train our home/kitchen cooks to replicate the exact taste, spice balance, and quality consistently for bulk batch operations.

​Requirements:

​Proven hands-on experience as a Head Cook, Catering Master, or Senior Kitchen Chef specializing in authentic Andhra/Telangana non-vegetarian and traditional regional cuisine.

​Deep knowledge of millet-based cooking (especially Ragi Sangati and regional millet dishes).

​Ability to work with pre-prepared flavor-base systems for instant cloud-kitchen assembly.

​Professional, disciplined, and patient approach toward training other cooks.

​Job Type:

​Contract/Consultancy (Short-term for setup & training) or Permanent Full time (Based on mutual discussion).
