**Responsibilities:**

* Source candidates through job portals, social media and other platforms.

* Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.

* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

* Handle candidate registration and documentation.

* Maintain daily recruitment reports.

* Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.

* Coordinate with the operations team.

**Requirements:**

* Positive communication and convincing skills.

* Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR activities.

* Ability to handle multiple candidates.
