JOB OPENING: SENIOR SALES MANAGER

​About Caarvia

​Caarvia is a pre-owned car dealership based in Palakkad (Kallekkad/Pirayiri). We focus on quality vehicles, transparent pricing, hassle-free evaluation, and customer service. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a high-energy, experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales, customer relations, and business growth in the region.

​Position Summary

​The Senior Sales Manager will drive used car sales target achievements, manage customer walk-ins and leads, handle car valuation insights, and manage showroom operations. The candidate must have hands-on automotive knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and leadership qualities.

​Key Responsibilities

​Sales Lead Management: Drive monthly sales targets for multi-brand pre-owned vehicles.

​Customer Relationship & Closing: Handle high-value customer inquiries, conduct vehicle demonstrations, and lead complex price negotiations to close deals effectively.

​Vehicle Evaluation & Market Awareness: Assess used vehicle condition, market demand, and valuation trends (prior multi-brand pre-owned car knowledge is essential).

​Documentation & RTO Oversight: Coordinate finance/loan tie-ups, RC transfers, NOC processing,



and insurance transfers with the operations team.

​Team Leadership: Train, guide, and motivate junior sales executives to improve lead conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

​Key Requirements & Qualifications

​Experience: Proven experience in car sales (Experience with authorized new car dealerships or multi-brand used car showrooms is a major plus).

​Automotive Knowledge: Robust understanding of vehicle mechanics, pricing, market valuation, and various car models across brands.

​Driving License: Valid 4-wheeler (LMV) driver's license with confident driving abilities for customer test drives and stock movements.

​Language Proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Tamil (spoken capability in all three is required to manage regional buyers and cross-border inquiries).
