We are looking for a responsible, proactive and organised Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our growing vending machine business across hostels and hospital locations in Thiruvananthapuram.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of vending machines across multiple locations.

- Supervise the existing refilling staff and coordinate daily refilling schedules.

- Monitor stock levels, inventory records, expiry dates and product availability.

- Plan stock replenishment and coordinate orders with suppliers.

- Monitor vending machine failures, coordinate troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain daily sales, stock movement, wastage and expense records.

- Coordinate with hostel authorities, hospital staff and other clients.

- Identify suitable current locations and assist with business expansion and machine installation.

- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for the owners.

Eligibility





- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Commerce etc) preferred; Candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

- 2–3 years of experience in operations, retail, inventory, logistics or warehouse management preferred.

- Basic computer skills, particularly Excel, Tally and Google Sheets.

- Good communication and coordination skills in Malayalam; English proficiency preferred.

- Valid four-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel between locations.

- Must be responsible, trustworthy, organised and capable of working independently.
