​About the Role

​We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage raw material transport, inventory tracking, and finished uniform dispatches to corporate and institutional clients.

​Key Responsibilities

​Fabric & Raw Material Logistics: Coordinate with textile mills and vendors to ensure bulk fabric, trims, and packaging materials arrive on time.

​Warehouse & Inventory Tracking: Monitor fabric stocks, size tags, and custom uniform accessories using ERP/Excel software to keep stock records accurate.

​Outbound Uniform Dispatch: Plan daily dispatches and bundle uniform sets accurately by client, branch, or department requirements.

​Vendor & Courier Management: Partner with regional transporters, 3PL providers, and express couriers to secure reliable shipping and cost-effective freight rates.

​Dispatch Documentation: Prepare delivery challans,



Goods Dispatch Notes (GDN), E-Way Bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.

​Delivery Tracking & POD: Provide real-time tracking to client account managers and secure signed Proof of Delivery (POD) for swift invoicing.

​Returns & Size Exchanges: Oversee reverse logistics for uniform size adjustments, exchanges, or damage replacements.

​Key Requirements & Skills

​Experience: 2–4 years in logistics, warehouse dispatch, or supply chain (apparel/textile industry experience preferred).

​Software Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP systems, MS Excel, and E-Way bill portals.

​Core Competencies: Robust organization, vendor negotiation, dispatch accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

​Education: Graduate degree in any stream (Logistics/Supply Chain degree is a plus).
