7–10 Year's Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and build test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Develop automation solutions for desktop and web applications.
• Review code and ensure automation quality.
• Identify and resolve technical issues.
• Mentor and guide junior team members. Required Skills
• Solid hands-on experience in Python and/or Java.
• Automation frameworks: Pytest, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Desktop automation: pywinauto or WinAppDriver.
• Web automation: Selenium or Playwright.
• API testing using Postman.
• Database knowledge: MySQL or SQL Server.
• Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins or GitHub Actions).
• JIRA or Azure DevOps knowledge is an advantage. Mandatory Requirements
• 7–10 years of hands-on software test automation experience.
• Must have experience building an automation framework from scratch.
• Experience in desktop, web, and API automation testing.
• Prior experience mentoring or reviewing junior engineers.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
