Gurgaon / Mumbai (Byculla) Function: Tech Talent Acquisition Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Tech Talent Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team. The individual will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities for technology positions across our startup clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technology recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions across multiple clients.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify relevant talent pools.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Follow up on interview feedback, offers and candidate joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Prior experience in startup hiring is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in hiring for technology roles such as Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, QA, DevOps, Data, Product and Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Robust ownership, attention to detail and execution capabilities.
