Key Responsibilities
• Conduct end-to-end title due diligence and prepare title search reports in various lender-prescribed formats.
• Conduct online searches across relevant portals to identify encumbrances, litigation, restrictions on mortgage, and records with CERSAI and MCA.
• Examine chain of title documents, land records, statutory approvals and permissions.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders and other stakeholders. 2. Associate – Banking & Finance
Experience:
0–4 Years PQE
Location:
Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in secured and unsecured lending transactions.
• Draft and review loan agreements, security documents and other financing documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare transaction checklists.
• Assist with security creation, perfection and post-disbursement compliances.
• Coordinate with banks,
financial institutions, borrowers, security trustees and other stakeholders. CANDIDATE PROFILE Applicants should possess:
• LL.
B. degree from a recognised university.
• Relevant experience in a law firm, bank, financial institution or corporate legal team.
• Strong drafting, legal research and analytical skills.
• Sound knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven approach.
