Remote About the Opportunity We are seeking Hindi Bilingual Experts to contribute to an audio evaluation project focused on advancing machine learning and AI systems. In this role, you will apply your Hindi language expertise to assess audio content and help improve the fluency, accuracy, and naturalness of AI-generated speech. Your work will support the development of next-generation AI systems through high-quality linguistic assessments and detailed feedback based on real-world language usage. No prior AI experience is required; your language expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities
• Listen to Hindi audio clips and evaluate the speaker's or AI model's nativeness, fluency, and overall language proficiency.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, clarity, and linguistic authenticity according to established evaluation guidelines.
• Identify unnatural expressions, pronunciation inconsistencies, and other language-related inaccuracies.
• Document assessments through clear, concise, and well-structured written feedback in English.
• Provide detailed justifications for evaluation decisions, highlighting relevant linguistic characteristics and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in audio or language content.
• Contribute linguistic insights to improve AI models' Hindi language understanding and speech generation.




• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
• Maintain consistency and high-quality standards across all evaluations. Required Qualifications
• Native-level proficiency in Hindi, with natural fluency and clear enunciation.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to evaluate Hindi speech accurately.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle differences in pronunciation, fluency, and language usage.
• Ability to provide clear written feedback and communicate evaluation findings effectively.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks accurately in a remote setting. Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum B2-level English proficiency, particularly in written and verbal communication.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music, audio engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with audio analysis, voice recording, audio recording, transcription, or linguistic assessment.
• Familiarity with Hindi dialects, regional variations, pronunciation patterns, and natural conversational usage.
• Experience in media, communications, language instruction, or teaching.
• Ability to recognize nuanced differences in speech patterns and provide structured, actionable feedback. Compensation & Engagement
