The company offers training and certification programs for operators of all lifting machines and for lifting engineers, helping organizations maintain high safety and operational standards. CRANEBRAINZ also supplies lifting specialists for planning and supervising both basic and critical lifts. In addition, the company conducts accident investigations related to lifting and rigging, and performs annual inspections of lifting machines, tools, and tackles to ensure compliance and reliability. Role Description The Lifting Expert is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. In this role, the individual will plan and supervise routine and critical lifting operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include assessing lifting plans, inspecting equipment and tackles, identifying risks, and providing technical guidance to operators and site teams. The Lifting Expert will also support training and certification activities, assist in accident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with clients to improve lifting practices and compliance.



Occasional travel to client sites within India and abroad may be required. Qualifications
• Solid expertise in lifting operations, rigging practices, and supervision of basic and critical lifts.
• Experience in inspection and assessment of lifting machines, tools, and tackles, with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Ability to conduct or support training and certification programs for lifting machine operators and lifting engineers.
• Skills in incident and accident investigation, root cause analysis, and preparation of technical reports.
• Understanding of relevant national and international lifting and safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, site teams, and trainees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Jaipur and travel to project sites as needed.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience in lifting and rigging.
• Relevant professional certifications in lifting, rigging, or safety (e.g., accredited lifting engineer or inspector) are an advantage.
