Role Description The Owner role at Lumenci is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, drive growth initiatives, and ensure alignment between technology, legal, and commercial priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting organizational goals, managing key client relationships, guiding patent monetization strategies,



and supervising financial planning and resource allocation. The role involves leading senior teams, establishing operational processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery across consulting, technology, and IP services. The Owner will also represent Lumenci in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and industry events while maintaining a culture of innovation, integrity, and performance. Qualifications
• Experience in building, leading, and scaling a technology or professional services organization, preferably in IP, patents, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of technology domains such as software, semiconductors, telecom, networking, or biotech, and the ability to connect technical innovation to business outcomes.
• Proven track record in business strategy, financial management, and P&L; ownership
