Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished video content, including marketing videos, social media assets, brand stories, tutorials, and ads. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and reviewing source files, editing sequences, adding transitions, audio, and effects, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and content strategists to align visual output with campaign goals and brand guidelines. The role also involves color grading, basic sound cleanup,



and integrating motion graphics and static graphics as needed. The Video Editor will maintain consistent quality standards, manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and proactively suggest creative improvements to enhance viewer engagement and brand impact. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating and refining high-quality video content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and skilled finish across all projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and integrate visually compelling elements, titles, and animations.
• Ability to use industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and understanding of pacing, composition, and sound-visual sync.
• Experience creating content for digital marketing, social media platforms, and performance-focused campaigns is highly beneficial.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively and work within brand guidelines.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience through a strong portfolio or showreel.
