1–5 Years ? Open Positions: 3 ? Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month)
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
• Communicate with customers through calls, emails and chats.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects and convert them into business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate order processing.
• Maintain customer records and sales updates in CRM.

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Valuable convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Candidates with experience in Inside Sales, International Sales or Customer Support are preferred.
