It's not just a coworking space for creators but also serves gourmet food & learning & interactive events for it's community members. Location is Baner, Pune, Maharashtra

Responsibilities:
· Managing overall operations of the centre.
· Managing reception desk & maintaining customer login/logout data
· Invoice generation & payment collection
· One point contact for every customer
· Ensuring priority service to the club members
· Ensuring customer satisfaction & service delivery
· Taking customer feedback & reviews
· Leading overall staff of the centre including co-work/café/events
· Managing vendor services & delivery
· Ensuring hygiene & cleanliness of the premises
· Managing preventive/breakdown maintenance of all equipments




· Proper documentation & accounting of the centre
· Ensuring parking assistance being delivered to customers
· Ensuring strict implementation of company’s core values & guidelines Profile:
· Should have a pleasing personality
· Should have 2 years of experience in managing at least one of the 3 verticals, co-work/cafeteria/events
· Experience is preferred but will not be a barrier for the right candidate
· Should be a positive leader who takes initiative & responsibility of the role
· Should be enterprising & lead the centre with confidence
· Should have basic computer knowledge & should be able to manage CRM software for customer entry/exit, billing management, inventory & maintenance management
· Should be able to drive the business growth through creative initiatives & driving the team
• Should interact with the customer to understand their feedback & constructively communicate the same for organisational betterment & growth
