Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator Intern role based in Guwahati. The intern will assist in planning and creating engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming ideas with the marketing team, drafting captions and copy, sourcing or producing visuals, and scheduling content using social media management tools. The role involves monitoring trends, tracking basic performance metrics,



and suggesting improvements to increase reach and engagement. The intern will also support campaign execution, collaborate with designers and strategists, and contribute to maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels. Qualifications
• Ability to create and adapt content for major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form video channels).
• Strong basic design sense and familiarity with visual tools (such as Canva or similar applications) to support content creation.
• Valuable writing skills for captions, short copy, and storytelling tailored to digital audiences.
• Understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and best practices for audience engagement.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn about analytics, campaigns, and brand strategy.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and receiving constructive feedback.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in marketing, communication, design, media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
