ABOUT THE STUDIO At Unfold, we believe every child learns differently. We learn alongside them, building on their strengths and finding ways to support their unique learning journeys. And we’re building a team that believes the same. We are a new, neurodiversity-affirming learning centre based in Kochi, supporting students from KG to Grade 12 with Learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, and speech & language differences. We are growing and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. This isn't just a clinical role. Ed. in Special Education RCI licence required EXPERIENCE Curious freshers and professionals with 1–2 years of experience who believe every child learns differently are welcome LOCATION Kochi, Keralam(on-site role)
What you'll do
• Conduct informal assessments
• Plan & deliver individualised learning sessions
• Maintain IEPs, progress reports & parent communication
• Collaborate with therapists, educators & families We'd love it if you are:
• Knowledgeable about Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disability & other Developmental Disorders
• Open to play-based, child-led & neurodiversity-affirming approaches (training will be provided)
• A robust communicator in English (spoken & written)
