About the Role
Bonito Designs is looking is looking for a creative,



customer-centric and highly motivated Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer to transform clients’ aspirations into thoughtfully designed living spaces The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, conceptualising innovative and functional interior designs, and translating design ideas into compelling presentations that align with clients’ preferences, lifestyles and budgets. The individual will own the design journey from conceptualisation to design finalisation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, exceptional customer experience and timely project progression.. Key Responsibilities
• Own the design journey from the initial understanding of the client’s requirements through to the realisation of the client’s dream home.
• Visualise and develop design concepts that reflect the client’s aspirations, preferences, needs and lifestyle.
• Present and communicate design concepts as compelling stories that help clients connect with and make informed decisions on the proposed designs.
• Create design solutions that balance creativity, functionality, material choices and the client’s budget.
• Build robust, empathetic relationships with clients and provide a friendly, positive customer experience throughout the design process.




• Move projects forward in a timely manner by progressing design discussions and decisions to the next stage.
• Work closely with cross-functional team members to translate the approved design into reality.
• Stay curious and continuously explore design trends, materials, international brands, workshops and new ideas that can enrich the design offering.
• Share design knowledge and experience with junior designers and support their learning and development.
• Contribute to a collaborative team setting, manage conflicts constructively and work towards shared outcomes. The Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Educational background in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, rendering software, Adobe Photoshop and MS Office.
• Creative and innovative, with a strong understanding of design.
• Knowledge of market design standards and a good technical understanding.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations and provide excellent customer handling.
• Positive planning and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts and collaborate effectively with team members.
