Company Description Zenith Synergies procures and trades non-ferrous metals, sourcing raw materials directly from scrapyards across North America and the European Union. We are expanding into manufacturing with a secondary aluminium alloy ingot plant in the Indore industrial corridor. The plant will produce ADC12, LM6, LM24 and customer-specified alloys from scrap. We run a professional operation, value long-term partnerships, and deliver reliable, on-spec material to our customers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore for a metallurgist who also runs the plant. You will own the melt shop and the shop floor, and report directly to the founder.
• On the metallurgy side, you will design charge mixes from scrap, primary ingot and master alloys, run OES analysis, calculate corrections and sign off every heat against spec. You will control fluxing, degassing, drossing and pouring practice to keep melt loss and dross generation low.
• On the plant side, you will plan daily production against orders and scrap on hand, lead furnace operators, casters and helpers across shifts, and track recovery, fuel and power per tonne for every heat. You will help commission the furnaces, casting line and spectro lab,



hire and train the core crew, enforce molten-metal safety, and write the SOPs and QC records that take us to ISO 9001. Qualifications
• Core Expertise: 3 to 5 years in aluminium melting and casting, including at least 2 years in a secondary alloy ingot plant or a die-casting melt shop.
• Alloying Skill: Hands-on charge calculation and chemistry correction for ADC12, LM6, LM24 or similar alloys, using OES results.
• Furnace and Casting Operations: Direct experience running skelner furnaces, degassing units and ingot casting lines.
• Scrap Knowledge: Ability to grade Tense, Zorba, Taint/Tabor, alloy wheels and extrusion scrap on sight, and judge their effect on melt yield.
• Shop-Floor Leadership: A record of leading shift crews, training operators and enforcing safety in a molten-metal environment.

Experience commissioning a greenfield or brownfield melt shop is a solid plus.

E./B.
Tech or Diploma in Metallurgy. Mechanical engineers with strong melt-shop experience will also be considered.
