GoNanny is building the scalable trust infrastructure for modern childcare services across India. Role Description The Sr. Recruitment Specialist (Blue Collar
- Supply) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment of nannies and other childcare providers, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet platform supply needs and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting structured interviews, coordinating assessments, and ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with background verification processes. The Specialist will build and maintain candidate pipelines, collaborate with operations and product teams to forecast hiring needs, and track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.



The role also involves designing and delivering training and onboarding programs that prepare nannies for platform use, service standards, and child safety protocols, while continuously improving recruitment processes based on data and feedback. Qualifications
• Candidates with 2-5 years of experience into managing/hiring Blue collar workforce
• Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing high-volume blue-collar or frontline workforce supply.
• Demonstrated interviewing and candidate assessment skills, using structured, fair, and non-discriminatory evaluation methods.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build trust with diverse candidates and cross-functional internal teams.
• Experience in training, onboarding, or capability-building programs for blue-collar staff or service providers.
• Proven ability to work with metrics and recruitment tools (ATS, spreadsheets, or HRIS) to monitor pipeline and performance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and locations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the childcare, domestic help, or gig workforce ecosystem in India is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup workplace and willingness to engage in on-ground hiring activities across Bengaluru as needed.
