• Track KMPL (Kilometres Per Liter) for every bus and driver. Investigate fuel theft or mechanical inefficiencies.
• Driver & Crew Management
• Performance Tracking by using telematics data to rank drivers on safety, speed, and fuel-effective driving.
• conduct regular workshops on "Soft-skill” and “Grooming”.
• Resolve the conflicts between drivers.
