Role Description The Trainee Chemist – Production (Pharma) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The trainee will support day-to-day production activities, including preparing chemical solutions, monitoring processes, and assisting in scaling up formulations under the guidance of senior chemists. Responsibilities include following standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining production and batch records, and ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The role also involves coordinating with quality control and R&D; teams, performing basic analytical checks, and assisting in troubleshooting production issues. The trainee will be expected to learn and apply positive manufacturing practices (GMP) and contribute to continuous improvement in production efficiency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills and basic Research abilities relevant to pharmaceutical production.




• Candidates should possess Quality Control knowledge and Analytical Skills to support testing and verification of products.
• Candidates should possess a foundation in Research and Development (R&D;) to collaborate effectively with R&D; teams on process improvements.
• Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with GMP, safety protocols, and standard laboratory and production equipment.
• Candidates should possess good documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Candidates should possess strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills for a structured production environment.
