• Work on live enterprise Gen AI projects on the latest Microsoft AI stack
• Own the solution end to end and work directly with customers
• Short, high-impact projects (2–3 months each) with a steady pipeline

• Work with the project manager from the start of each project to understand requirements and prepare the scoping document
• Design the solution architecture for Gen AI use cases on Azure, on-premises or hybrid
• Present and justify the proposed architecture to customers, suggest alternatives where needed, and incorporate feedback




• Guide and support engineering teams during development and customer demonstrations
• Manage 3–6 projects at a time

• 12–15+ years of IT experience with prior solutioning experience; 5+ years hands-on in Azure, including guiding and governing technical teams

• Deploying, fine-tuning and customising pre-trained generative models

• ???-????: Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate
