About Rezultra Rezultra is a growth and digital marketing agency in Bengaluru. We run performance marketing, CRM, analytics and web for our clients as one system, measured against revenue. Our design is minimal, type-led and built around a tight brand system. What you’ll work on
• Ad creatives for Meta, Google and other platforms, in multiple sizes
• Social posts and carousels for Rezultra and our clients
• Landing page and website visuals with our web team
• Pitch decks, proposals and one-page reports
• Easy diagrams and charts that explain marketing data clearly What we’re looking for
• A portfolio that shows clean layout and good typography (student or personal work is fine)
• Working knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• An eye for detail: alignment, spacing and consistency matter here
• Comfort taking feedback and turning revisions around quickly
• Bonus:
motion basics (After Effects, CapCut) or an interest in performance marketing What you get
• Real client work that goes live, not practice briefs
• Direct feedback from the founder, who has 16 years in digital marketing
