About the Role
We are looking for experienced Senior Sales Coaches who can handle the first conversation with students planning to study abroad, understand their requirements, recommend the right Leap Scholar services, and convert them into paying customers. The person will speak with students exploring different countries, understand their academic background, career plans, budget, and university preferences, and explain how Leap Scholar can support their journey through its premium services. This is not a regular calling or relationship management role. We are looking for someone who can combine student counselling knowledge with strong sales skills and independently close high-value deals. Once the student purchases the premium package, the person will hand over the student to the counselling team for further guidance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Understand Student Requirements
• Take the first call with students interested in studying abroad.
• Understand their academic background, work experience, career goals, preferred countries, universities, and budget.
• Understand what the student is looking for and what challenges they are facing.
• Build trust with students and parents through meaningful conversations. 2. Guide Students and Recommend Solutions
• Have a good understanding of study-abroad opportunities across countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Understand the student's requirements and explain how Leap Scholar can help.
• Recommend the right premium package based on the student's needs.
• Clearly explain the services included in the package, its benefits, and pricing. 3.



Sales and Revenue Generation
• Own the sales journey from the first call until the deal is closed.
• Sell premium study-abroad packages with an expected average ticket size of ₹2.5–3 lakh.
• Handle student and parent objections and explain the value of Leap Scholar's services.
• Follow up with interested students and drive them towards closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. 4. Handover to Counselling Team
• Once the student purchases the package, hand over the student to the relevant counsellor.
• Share the student's academic profile, country preferences, budget, requirements, and discussion history.
• Ensure the counsellor has all the required information to take the process forward smoothly. What We Are Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in study-abroad counselling, education consulting, premium EdTech sales, or consultative B2C sales.
• Good understanding of the study-abroad process and multiple international destinations.
• Experience selling high-value products or services is strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently conduct the first call, understand customer requirements, recommend solutions, and close deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good at handling objections, negotiating, and convincing customers.
• Proven track record of achieving individual sales and revenue targets.
