We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Interior Sales Manager to lead our interior sales team, generate business opportunities, convert potential customers into clients, and drive overall sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and turnkey interior projects, along with excellent communication, negotiation and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Generate business through online leads, references, walk-ins and other channels.
• Handle potential clients and understand their interior requirements.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed interior projects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. 2. Team Management
• Lead, manage and motivate the interior sales team.
• Assign leads and monitor individual sales performance.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Train team members on sales techniques and customer handling. 3. Client Coordination
• Coordinate with interior designers and project execution teams.
• Ensure timely preparation of quotations and proposals.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and design presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals. 4. Sales Operations & Reporting
• Monitor lead status, follow-ups and conversion ratios.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
• Analyse sales performance and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure proper follow-up with every potential customer. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–7 years of experience in interior sales or related industries.
• Robust knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes and complete home interiors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of CRM, Excel and sales reporting.
• Ability to handle premium clients and high-value projects.
