Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor–Motion Graphic role based in Chandigarh, India. The position involves editing video content for various digital platforms, including trimming footage, arranging sequences, and integrating audio to produce engaging, polished outputs. The Video Editor–Motion Graphic professional will design and animate motion graphics, titles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and brand communication. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with creative, marketing,



and client teams to understand project requirements, applying color grading and basic graphics design, and ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines and deadlines. The role also involves organizing project assets, maintaining file naming conventions, and continuously optimizing workflows to improve quality and turnaround times. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, assemble, and finalize professional-quality video content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone, mood, and quality across all projects.
• Expertise in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create visually compelling animations, titles, and design elements.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Robust attention to detail, time management skills, and the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education or certification in film, multimedia, animation, design, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics work, and storytelling capability is required.
