₹10–12 LPA GAMMA Marine Training Institute Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead the development, installation and commissioning of an electric propulsion system for a manned marine training vessel.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the electric propulsion project from research to commissioning.
• Select motors, controllers, batteries, BMS, chargers and electrical equipment.
• Prepare specifications, load calculations, SLDs, wiring diagrams and BOMs.
• Evaluate suppliers and coordinate procurement and installation.
• Supervise system integration and troubleshoot electrical faults.
• Coordinate with engineers,



technicians and external vendors.
• Conduct FAT/SAT, harbour testing and sea trials.
• Maintain technical drawings and project documentation. QualificationB.
E./B.
Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering. Preferred Skills
• Electric propulsion, EV powertrain, lithium batteries, BMS, BLDC/PMSM motors, motor controllers, high-current DC systems, CAN communication and marine electrical systems.
• Experience in marine electrical, EV, battery, shipbuilding or electric propulsion projects is preferred.
