Hiring: ML Engineer – Predictive Maintenance

4+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days Only We are seeking an experienced ML Engineer – Predictive Maintenance for our client's Digital Service Platform team. The role focuses on developing scalable data and machine learning solutions to enable predictive insights and optimize industrial asset performance, maintenance, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, optimize, and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preparation, model deployment, inference, monitoring, and automated retraining.
• Integrate ML models into production pipelines, ensuring scalability and effective real-time predictions.
• Implement dataset and model version control and automated retraining workflows.
• Develop, test, and document data collection and processing pipelines using IoT sensor and control component data.
• Build scalable data transformation and aggregation pipelines to support ML models.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated integration testing for data and ML pipelines.
• Monitor model performance and ensure timely updates and retraining.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, IT and Business SMEs, and backend development teams.




• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to standardizing ML services to improve delivery efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience in building complex data pipelines and integrating ML solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or equivalent.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java; PySpark preferred.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, ML workflows, and MLOps practices.
• Experience with stream processing frameworks such as Spark.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MLflow.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, preferably Azure and Databricks.
• Experience in data quality management, pipeline monitoring, and robust data pipelines.
• Predictive Maintenance model development experience is an added advantage. Notice Period Requirement: Immediate to 20 days only.
