Role Description The Senior Visual Designer is a full-time role for creating high-quality visual concepts and design assets for food brands across digital and print channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing brand identities, designing marketing collateral, web pages, social media graphics, and campaign visuals that align with strategic objectives. The role involves collaborating closely with strategists, marketers, copywriters, and clients to translate brand positioning into compelling visual storytelling. The Senior Visual Designer will participate in creative ideation, refine design systems and guidelines, and ensure consistency and usability across all touchpoints. This role also includes providing design direction, mentoring junior creatives,



and staying current with design and industry trends relevant to global food and hospitality markets. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Visual Design and Graphic Design skills, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Candidates should possess Branding and Graphics expertise, including experience developing visual identities and consistent brand systems.
• Candidates should possess Web Design skills, with the ability to create user-friendly, responsive layouts for websites and landing pages.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) and basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-cultural team.
• Candidates should possess strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Candidates should possess Five years of qualified design experience; agency or food/hospitality brand experience and a relevant degree or certification are beneficial.
