Qualifications & Eligibility
· Subject-specific graduation degree and B.
Ed.
· At least 3 years’ teaching experience in Grades VI–X. CTET preferred.

Key Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons for students in Grades VI–X according to the curriculum.
· Develop lesson plans, presentations, practical activities, assignments and revision materials.
· Explain subject concepts clearly and encourage analytical thinking, discussion and independent learning.
· Design and evaluate assessments, examinations, projects and practical work as relevant to the subject.
· Analyse student performance, maintain records and implement remedial or enrichment support.
· Establish transparent classroom expectations and maintain a respectful, productive learning environment.




· Support students in developing study skills, subject confidence and age-appropriate responsibility.
· Coordinate with colleagues, academic coordinators and parents on student progress and learning needs.
· Contribute to curriculum planning, subject activities, clubs, competitions and school events.
· Follow school academic policies, assessment schedules, safeguarding procedures and reporting requirements. Skills & Competencies
