Pune Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners / Candidates with Short Notice Period Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in PCB design and layout. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Cadence Allegro, Siemens PADS, and Oracle Agile PLM tools, along with a good understanding of PCB design processes, manufacturing requirements, and engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop multi-layer PCB layouts using Cadence Allegro and Siemens PADS.
• Perform component placement, routing, layer stack-up planning, and design rule checks (DRC).
• Work on schematic interpretation, PCB layout optimization, and design validation.
• Manage PCB design data, BOMs, engineering changes, and product documentation using Agile PLM.
• Handle Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
• Generate manufacturing deliverables, including Gerber files, ODB++, fabrication drawings, and assembly documentation.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Ensure PCB designs meet electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing requirements.




• Support PCB design reviews, troubleshooting, and production-related issues. Required Skills
• 4+ years of experience in PCB design and layout.
• Hands-on experience with Cadence Allegro and/or Siemens PADS.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM for product lifecycle management.
• Experience in multi-layer PCB design, component placement, and routing.
• Good understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and PCB fabrication processes.
• Experience in BOM management, ECO/ECR processes, and design documentation.
• Knowledge of PCB design standards and manufacturing guidelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Educational QualificationBachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field. Candidate Preference
• Candidates currently based in Pune will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given priority.
