Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist (1–3 years) will be responsible for managing the full outbound and inbound sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and driving opportunities to closure. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves daily interaction with potential customers via phone, email, and social channels to present Unifers.ai’s value proposition and schedule product demonstrations. The specialist will maintain and update CRM records, follow structured sales processes, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging based on customer feedback. Day-to-day responsibilities also include nurturing leads, handling objections, ensuring a positive customer experience, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The role requires consistent follow-up, pipeline management, and participation in sales meetings, training, and performance reviews. Qualifications
• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing a sales pipeline and converting prospects into opportunities.




• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities, focused on building trust, handling queries, and ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening in a fast-paced sales workplace.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, B2B technology, or related industries.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and basic sales analytics for tracking performance and improving conversion rates.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and perform in a target-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with technology products and eagerness to learn about AI, data enrichment, and sales automation solutions.
