Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Team Lead – PPC to manage production planning and scheduling for Semi-Finished Goods (SFG) and Finished Goods (FG). The role requires expertise in material planning, capacity utilization, SAP/MRP, and cross-functional coordination to ensure production efficiency and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute master production plans and daily production schedules for SFG and FG.
• Ensure material availability, capacity alignment, and adherence to production timelines.
• Monitor plan vs. actual performance, WIP, backlog, and production schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Identify material shortages, production bottlenecks, and capacity constraints; implement recovery plans.
• Use SAP MRP, MD04, and production orders for planning and scheduling.
• Track KPIs, including OTIF, plan adherence, capacity utilization,



and backlog ageing.
• Conduct daily and weekly planning reviews and drive continuous improvement. Required Skills
• Production Planning & Control (PPC)
• Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• SFG/FG Planning, Capacity Planning, and WIP Management
• SAP (MRP, MD04, Production Orders)
• MS Excel; Power BI/MES knowledge is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 2–4 years of hands-on PPC or production planning experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong SAP/MRP knowledge and the ability to make timely planning decisions under delivery pressure.
