About Us
Nexocide Private Limited is a Goa-based social media marketing company. We help brands grow their online presence through engaging content, strategy, and campaigns. We’re looking for a creative, self-driven videographer and editor to produce scroll-stopping video content for our clients. Role OverviewYou’ll plan, shoot, and edit video content for a range of client brands across Goa. This is a hands-on role: you’ll handle the camera on location, then turn raw footage into polished reels, ads, and brand videos. You’ll work closely with our content and strategy team and have real creative input.

Key Responsibilities
• Shoot high-quality video for client brands, including product shoots, business showcases, events, interviews, and lifestyle content across Goa.
• Edit short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos (brand films, YouTube videos, testimonials).
• Add colour grading, sound design, music, subtitles, motion graphics, and transitions.
• Plan shoots: storyboards, shot lists, locations, and schedules, in coordination with the content team.
• Adapt the visual style to each client’s brand identity and tone.
• Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and hooks, and suggest fresh content ideas for clients.




• Organise and back up footage and project files across multiple client accounts.
• Deliver content on time, adapted for each platform’s aspect ratio and length.
• Handle basic photography when needed. Requirements
• Must currently live in Goa. The role involves frequent on-location client shoots across the state, often at short notice.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in videography and editing (freelance or agency experience counts).
• A strong portfolio or showreel. Applications without one will not be considered.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve. After Effects or CapCut is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with cameras (DSLR/mirrorless), gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
• A good eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling.
• Strong understanding of what performs on Instagram and YouTube.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client deadlines at once.
• Your own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence, for travelling to shoot locations. Good to Have
• Drone operation experience (DGCA-compliant).
• Your own camera gear.
• Experience working at a digital or social media marketing agency.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
