Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process for Futurense’s programs. This role involves engaging with inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, understanding learners’ goals, and recommending suitable programs aligned with their aspirations and background. The Senior Admissions Counselor will manage end-to-end admissions workflows, including application review, counseling sessions, documentation support, and coordination with internal academic and operations teams. The role includes meeting enrollment targets,



conducting information sessions or webinars, representing Futurense at events, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems. The counselor is expected to provide high-quality, empathetic support to learners while upholding Futurense’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and learner-centric service. Qualifications
• Robust interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively engage with diverse learners and stakeholders.
• Proven customer service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and relationship-building.
• Demonstrated sales skills, including consultative selling, handling objections, and achieving enrollment or revenue targets.
• Background or interest in education, higher education counseling, or edtech, with an understanding of academic programs and career pathways.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in education, business, psychology, or related fields is an advantage.
• Experience in admissions, counseling, student recruitment, or related roles, preferably in edtech or higher education.
• Ability to work with CRM or admissions management tools, and proficiency with standard office productivity software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and application timelines.
• Professional fluency in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is beneficial.
