Job Summary The Conference Producer is responsible for the end-to-end planning, development, and delivery of high-quality conferences and live events. This role involves researching topics and markets, developing compelling agendas, securing speakers, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution and strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Program Development
• Research industry trends, audience needs, and competitive events to develop relevant conference topics
• Design engaging event agendas, formats, and session structures
• Identify, recruit, and manage high-profile speakers, moderators, and panelists
• Brief speakers and ensure content aligns with event objectives and audience expectations Project & Event Management
• Own the conference timeline from concept through post-event delivery
• Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure events are delivered on time and within scope
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, sales, and production teams
• Oversee on-site delivery, including speaker management and agenda execution Stakeholder & Relationship Management




• Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers, sponsors, and partners
• Work closely with sales teams to align content with sponsorship opportunities
• Liaise with marketing teams to support event promotion and audience growth Commercial & Performance Focus
• Contribute to revenue growth through content-driven ticket sales and sponsor value
• Track event performance metrics and audience feedback
• Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements for future events Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field
• 2–6+ years of experience in conference production, events, media, or content development
• Robust research, writing, and editorial skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven project management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives and industry leaders Preferred Experience (Optional)
• Experience producing B2B conferences or large-scale live events
• Experience working with sponsors and commercial stakeholders
