We are infrastructure, not a recruitment agency or job portal. Role & Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Introduce SkillPassGo and communicate its services and value proposition.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule sales calls, meetings and product demos.
• Handle initial customer queries and maintain professional conversations.
• Update CRM systems, call logs and prospect databases.
• Meet daily calling, lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.
• Follow structured calling scripts and communication compliance guidelines.



Mandatory Language Requirements
• South Language – C2: fluency in at least one language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam.
• English – C1 (Advanced): Compulsory; confident spoken English for professional business conversations.
• Hindi – B1 (Intermediate): Preferred, not mandatory. Qualifications & Skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and active listening.
• Lead generation, telesales and customer engagement.
• Appointment setting and objection handling.
• Basic CRM and database management.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and daily targets.
• Resilient, persuasive and customer-focused.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales or customer support is preferred.
