You’ll run our social media and make videos people actually want to watch. This is not a “plan and schedule” role. • Come up with content ideas and plan a monthly calendar
• Shoot videos (reels, shorts, behind-the-scenes, event coverage) on camera or phone
• Edit them yourself, with cuts, captions, music, and effects that keep people watching
• Write short, catchy captions and hooks
• Post on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Keep up with trends and use them in a way that fits our brand
• Check what’s working (views, saves, shares)

and improve from it
• Work with our design and motion teams to turn our projects into great content What We’re Looking For
• You’ve made and edited videos for social media, and you can show us your work
• You’re comfortable with editing tools like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or After Effects
• You know how to shoot well: good framing, lighting, and sound
• You understand what makes a video fun, quick, and easy to watch
• You write clearly and have a good sense of humour and storytelling
• You stay on top of trends across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• You’re organised and can handle multiple posts and deadlines
• You’re happy working in office with a creative team Good to Have
