Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer HVAC Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in SolidWorks, sheet metal design, tubing design, and large assembly management. The candidate will be responsible for developing mechanical designs, creating engineering drawings, managing BOMs, and releasing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) using Teamcenter. Roles and Responsibilities
• Design and develop sheet metal components, tubing, plastic components, and mechanical assemblies.
• Perform concept development and detailed mechanical design using SolidWorks and Creo Parametric.
• Create and manage large assemblies, ensuring design accuracy and proper integration of components.
• Develop HVAC tube designs and associated engineering drawings.
• Prepare OMS drawings and detailed manufacturing drawings as per project requirements.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and design release activities using Teamcenter PLM.
• Perform drafting activities and ensure the accuracy of 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Support product development activities from concept design through final design release.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and meet project timelines. Required Skills
• Robust hands-on experience with SolidWorks.




• Good knowledge of sheet metal design and tubing design.
• Experience in large assembly management.
• Working knowledge of Creo Parametric.
• Experience in 3D modelling, 2D drafting, and engineering drawing creation.
• Knowledge of plastic component design and concept development.
• Experience with BOM creation and ECN release using Teamcenter PLM.
• Understanding of product design and engineering release processes. Desired Skills
• Experience in HVAC product design or related mechanical engineering domains.
• Knowledge of PLM activities and engineering change management.
