Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily construction and installation activities at sports infrastructure project locations. This position coordinates and supervises site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed according to design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards. The role includes monitoring progress against project schedules, conducting site inspections, resolving on-site issues, and reporting status updates to project managers.



The Site Supervisor is also expected to manage materials and equipment, maintain site documentation, and support timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and client requirements. Qualifications
• Experience in site supervision or construction management, preferably in sports infrastructure, civil works, or related fields.
• Strong skills in project coordination, scheduling, and on-site resource management.
• Knowledge of construction methods, quality control practices, and safety standards applicable to infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with project documentation and reporting tools.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Willingness to work in office in varying conditions and travel to project locations as required.
