Role Description The Sales Associate role at Levanto Quartz is a full-time, on-site position based in Kishangarh. In this role, the Sales Associate interacts with walk-in customers, visiting dealers, and contractors to understand their requirements and recommend suitable quartz products. Day-to-day tasks include explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, maintaining showroom displays, and supporting order processing and documentation. The Sales Associate also follows up with leads, coordinates with internal teams on inventory and delivery timelines, and helps resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner.



This position requires consistent on-site presence to manage customer visits, sample requests, and relationship-building activities. Qualifications
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about quartz surfaces, building materials, and interior finishes.
• Clear and professional communication skills in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Kishangarh, manage multiple customer interactions, and maintain an organized showroom workplace.
• Comfort with basic computer tools for email, documentation, and quotation preparation; experience with CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail, building materials, or interiors sales is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and partners.
