Its intelligent cooling approach helps eliminate hotspots and significantly reduce overall electrical energy consumption for clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Executive role based in Borivali. The Purchasing Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors for timely procurement of materials and services. Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, obtaining competitive quotes, negotiating prices and terms,



and ensuring compliance with company purchasing policies. The role involves tracking delivery schedules, maintaining accurate purchase records, and collaborating with operations and project teams to align purchases with ongoing thermal management and data center projects. The Purchasing Executive will also monitor stock levels, support cost optimization initiatives, and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in purchase management, including experience with purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
• Candidates should possess procurement and vendor coordination skills, including supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and contract management.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain within manufacturing, engineering, or data center infrastructure environments is beneficial.
• Robust analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to accuracy and cost control.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
