Founded by Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash, our mission is to eliminate Math Phobia and make learning engaging and effective for students across the world. We are looking for an experienced Learning Experience Manager – English to lead the development and enhancement of our English learning programmes, specifically focusing on Creative Writing and Public Speaking for Grades 1–3.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop engaging learning experiences, lesson plans, worksheets, activities and assessments.
* Develop innovative teaching methodologies to make English learning interactive, effective and enjoyable for young learners.
* Lead the creation and enhancement of Creative Writing and Public Speaking courses.
* Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers and academic teams.
* Review and ensure the quality, accuracy and age-appropriateness of learning materials.
* Develop strategies to improve students’ English language, comprehension, creative writing and communication skills.
* Lead and manage a team of 4–5 members.
* Ensure learning content aligns with relevant educational standards and curriculum requirements. What We’re Looking For
* Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English Language, English Literature or Education.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the EdTech industry, preferably in Learning Experience Management, Curriculum Development or Instructional Design.
* Prior experience in developing and managing English learning programmes for young learners.
* Strong understanding of early literacy, creative writing, storytelling and public speaking.
* Experience in leading and managing a team.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Familiarity with digital learning tools and interactive educational platforms.
* Knowledge of NAPLAN and Common Core curriculum will be an added advantage. Why Join Bhanzu?
