Role Description The International Taxation Support (L1) role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the team member will provide first-level support on international taxation queries, including clarifying basic tax rules, assisting with documentation, and guiding clients or internal stakeholders through standard procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing financial and tax-related information, escalating complex cases to senior specialists, and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems. The role involves handling customer interactions via phone, email, or ticketing tools, ensuring prompt responses and high-quality service. The team member will collaborate with finance and tax teams, follow compliance guidelines,



and contribute to process improvements within the taxation support function. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, review documentation, and support accurate tax-related decisions.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders in a global environment.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, including understanding of basic accounting or taxation concepts.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a client-focused approach.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales or client relationship skills to identify cross-selling opportunities and support business growth where appropriate.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field are preferred.
• Familiarity with international tax concepts, ERP or CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, adhere to compliance standards, and collaborate in a diverse team environment is expected.
